Participants & pairings
Personal invitations are generated one at a time. Copy the full message, send privately, and do not share its link. Regenerating revokes the previous link. Emergency reminder links are view-only.
⚙ Management recovery · Reset the draw
Reset returns the draw to Draft and PERMANENTLY clears all recipients, rejected first choices and completed decisions. Every previously issued invitation or reminder link expires. Names, partner pairings, budget and exchange date are preserved.
If you only closed the draw accidentally, use REOPEN instead.
📺 Secret Santa CEEFAX & Newsflash
CEEFAX P110 shows totals only. Never participant names or recipients. All options begin OFF until you deliberately enable them after testing.
Sound playback requires an uploaded, enabled recording and the working NUC bridge. Completed test draws will not be retroactively announced.
🎭 Christmas & New Year Rogues
Turn individual transformations on or off without changing the original Rogues' Gallery. The six Christmas favourites appear first.
🔔 The Inn Soundboard Library
Editable categories and recordings. Only enabled uploaded sounds are available to the tablet.
New recorded effect
Choose an audio file, enter a Button title, then tap UPLOAD & ADD SOUND.
Use REPLACE MP3, EDIT, ON/OFF and ↑/↓ to manage existing buttons. UPLOAD & ADD SOUND adds new buttons to the selected category.
